Since the early 1980’s, Marc LeVine has been helping businesses fill their employment needs by matching them with quality employees.
Marc's background uniquely qualifies him to source, interview and recommend individuals that meet or exceed the requirements set forth by the companies he has recruited on behalf of. He started his career as an employment specialist in a general employment agency in New York City, responsible for temporary and permanent hiring. From there he became an accomplished IT headhunter at a NJ spin off of Management Recruiters International. He then spent several years as Director of Career Services at highly respected technical college, successfully preparing and placing vocational graduates in technical, healthcare related and office/administrative jobs throughout the northeastern United States. His success on the job earned him commendations from President Ronald Reagan and NJ Governor Tom Kean. A client he impressed offered him the position of employment supervisor at a Fortune 500 US Defense Contractor. He was responsible for hiring manufacturing, defense industry and IT employees among others. After receiving several promotions at that company, Marc was recruited for the position of Employment at a major communications group, which owned newspapers, radio and television stations and new media. At that company, he was promoted to Associate Director of Human Resources. Marc's next role was as Director of Human Resources and Public Relations at a NJ Fast 50 IT company involved in many cutting edge web-based technologies. He eventually moved on to work as the General Manager at one of the largest light industrial staffing companies in the nation. While there, Marc helped establish and took charge of this organization's first professional recruiting subsidiary, which placed manufacturing and warehouse/distribution professionals throughout the United States. In 2003, Marc decided to parlay his many years of human resources and staffing industry experience to found his own company, Integrity Consulting Associates.
A nationally recognized keynote speaker, consultant, and trainer, Marc has appeared as an employment expert on several television business programs and is also a published author and syndicated writer – "The Job Marketeer." Marc has also been civic minded and has been a municipal elected official over the past two decades. He has also been appointed by the Governor of NJ as Vice Chair of the NJ Employment Council. He founded and chaired a county Transportation Management Association that developed a hiring/transportation model for his region. He has also served on the board of the Jersey Shore Association for Human Resource Management, SHRM.
