"Finding Needs and Filling Them," the slogan of Integrity Consulting Associates (ICA), aptly describes that we are an experienced inquisitive, industrious and focused Contract Recruiting company, geared to one thing - getting the job done for our clients. Our slogan implies what we do for a living is really so simple...so practical...and oh-so important. This is especially the case when it comes to satisfying many clients, in many industries, who "need" to "fill" their open jobs as quickly as possible and with confidence of quality results. Actually, it IS all rather simple – when recruiting is conducted applying proven methodologies and with proper due diligence. We all learned a valuable lesson early in life – you get good marks when you do your homework. This understanding forms the basis of ICA's business model.
We completely understand that a business "need" is not a "wish." When a company has a "need," it must be met with seriousness, speed and resolve. Otherwise, the business may face uncertain consequences with failure a distinct possibility. When it comes to hiring, the "need" is always to identify, qualify and recommend properly educated, well trained, sufficiently experienced ethical individuals who want to contribute. New hires must also be emotionally prepared to succeed in the most challenging employment situations. The separation between satisfactory and unsatisfactory job performance is often a fine line and improperly "filling" a position with a poor match only creates unnecessary pain and hardship for everyone, and worse, disrupts the business. It is in everyone's best interest to discourage poor results. We recommend every hire with confidence and with this corollary in mind.
The higher quality of service we provide mirrors the performance expectations our clients have for their own employees. In every human endeavor there is "need" that must be "filled." The definition of the concept of work is an opportunity to solve a problem – a need that must be filled. Thus, the model that our slogan represents applies well to everyone. Indeed, we selected our slogan based on the recognition that success comes to all who do a good job...the company... its managers...its employees...and even its Contract Recruiter.
How do we differentiate our firm other employment firms? When filling client "needs," most third-party recruiters work from the outside in. ICA works from the inside out. ICA is a "we" company and never an "us" company. By coming in and absorbing your business culture, getting to know the managers and other employees we'll be working with as a team, understanding your hiring requirements and filling your needs, we transform ourselves from "those guys" to "we"... from recruiter to human resource extension...and from vendor to trusted partner.
